3. Pricing and Payment: All prices for products displayed on the Website are subject to change without notice. The price payable for the products shall be the price displayed on the Website at the time the order is placed. We accept payment through various methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, cash on delivery (COD) and other forms of electronic payment.
   By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
4. Shipping and Delivery: Once you place your order, we start working on it right away! Shipping and processing times depend on the items in your order.
   The type of product(s) you ordered will determine how long it takes to ship. For example, in stock items will ship same or next business day. A personalised order typically takes 7-10 business days to ship.
5. Returns and Refunds: ICEYINDIA DOES ACCEPT RETURNS AND ISSUE REFUNDS UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES;
   In the event you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, we will allow return or exchange within 10 days of the purchase date.
   We allow you to exchange your item for an item of equal or greater value. If you wish to return your item you’d have to ship it to us within 10 days of receiving your order and bear the shipping charges.
   We process refunds in the form of store credit. Jewellery items can be exchanged for jewellery only.

6. Cancellation Policy: At IceyIndia, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. We aim to provide a seamless experience for our customers, including the option to cancel orders under certain conditions. Please review our cancellation policy below:

**Cancellation Period:

• Customers are permitted to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, regardless of whether the order was prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD).

**Cancellation Process:

• Please provide your order details, including the order number, to facilitate the cancellation process.

**Refund Process:

• If you cancel your order within the 24 hours of time frame after placing order, you will be eligible for a full refund.
• We process refunds in the form of store credit. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit.

**Non-Transferable:

• Orders are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another individual or entity without prior approval from IceyIndia.
